Accessible to museums and restaurants and a beautiful view from the kitchen sitting area. Organized and clean kitchen settup. Free laundry in a clean laundry room- awesome! Private shower rooms. Responsive to emails and request to park luggage in hotel before check in time.

It is a perfect hostel

It was a perfect hostel. It had a kitchen with fridge, microwave, etc. The room was warm with a radiator. The location was fine, around 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Everything was clean and in good condition. Linen and towel were waiting for me in the room when I got there. It was a comfortable stay. The only issue was that they forgot to send me the code to check in, so I had to make a call with my foreign SIM-card, costing me 7 euro.

Fantastisk hostel i Nuuk

Allt fungerade ganska smidigt. Bra inredning, städad, rebt och fräsch. Vara några stickkontakten var lös och borde fixas, annars bara perfekt.

Temmelig ringe service

Ingen håndklæder på vores rum 10. Vi måtte meget ud. Der lugtede temmelig meget af røg. Og hårspray. Vi forsøgte at nå reception på Aurora. Service ikke tilstede. Filippinsk rengøring var venlig.

Super godt hostel i Nuuk

Vi ankom til Nuuk efter 10 dages kajaktur sydpå og fandt lige det vi havde brug for: et dejligt værelse, fine køkkenforhold og vaskemaskine og tumbler. Vi følte os meget velkomne og fik fin hjælp, da vi henvendte os på hotel Aurora, som administrerer hostlet.

Et af de bedste Hostels jeg har boede på. Utrolig smart og gennemført indtjekning, på trods af det er ubemandet. Renligheden i køkken samt bad og toilet var der heller ikke en finger at sætte på.

Vi var 5 dage i karantæne på Nuuk City Hostel og havde et godt ophold. Der var alt hvad vi behøvede. Der var rent og gode toilet og badeforhold samt et veludstyrket køkken men køl og frys

Stedet og faceliteterne var gode, men der manglede lidt beskrivelse på værelset af hvordan man skulle bruge tingene, især tv som vi slet ikke fik i gang, det burde være nemmere at bruge og at information ikke kun er på engelsk. Vi er lidt ældre folk og havde svært ved at komme op fra vejen da der lå nogle meget store frosne sne isklosser foran trappen som vi selv gravede fri samt trapperne op til huset. Men prisen og alt andet var godt nok, men vi ville nok kun tænke på at bruge det om sommeren frem over hvis det er gæsterne der selv skal stå for snerydning. Med venlig hilsen Ole Benjaminsen

Godt men nogle ting mindre gode

Toilet mangler sæbe og håndklæde. Tørretumbler meget støvet. Skraldespand i køkken lugtede meget og rengøringsdame ligeglad med det. Hun var sur mod os der boede der. Hun sad bare og kiggede istedet for at gøre rent. Der stod skraldeposer udenfor som fuglene hakkede hul i. De blev ikke fjernet.
