"We had a wonderful stay at Maxwell Residences at SOHO PV in Puerto Vallarta. The residence was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well located. The building and amenities were lovely, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. A special thank you to the Maxwell team and concierge for being so welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication before our arrival and during the stay was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Maxwell Residences to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta."

"This was my 6th visit to Rivera Del Rio in 2 years. The staff welcomes you like family. When I return here now it’s like coming home. This place is truly magical. Each room is simply beautiful, functional and comfortable. Beds are amazing. Internet is fast and reliable (I had some work to do this week). Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. And for me, always, the roof top pool is something special. It’s hard to describe the peace you feel watching the sunset here. Special thank you to Ivan and Caroline for my warm welcomes home and for taking such good care of me. And thank you to the staff for always helping me with coffee 500 times a day! I am a customer for life! I would never stay anywhere else in the PV area except for Rivera and their sister properties."

"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. I would absolutely recommend it.My biggest complaint to sell the RCI 90-minute presentation in exchange for a discounted spa day. I politely declined several times, but they continued asking. They got me when I first checked in Employees outside also frequently asked where I was going and tried to sell tours or make recommendations. After a while, it became annoying, especially when I was simply trying to leave and enjoy the area. A few things to know about all-inclusive: room service costs 100 pesos, and TV Wi-Fi for services like Netflix is not included. I paid separately for the spa, and it was excellent—very relaxing and worth it.The hotel store is extremely overpriced, but there’s a grocery store and pharmacy about a five-minute walk away. The pools were great, although the water was very warm in August. The beach was my least favorite; the water was fairly murky"
