"Easy and friendly check-in. Short walk from the train station. Booked the Ground Floor Superior Room which was felt very deluxe and was spotlessly clean. 5 min walk from Motorpoint Arena would definitely stay again when in the area. My only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper not to get a ground floor room as was a tad noisy outside and in the corridor."

"Overall the food/drinks facilities and the bedroom were excellent. However, the elevator refurbishment was very poorly managed, and was difficult to navigate. The front desk staff were efficient but brisk and not very inviting in representing the hotel. Was surprised to spend nearly £20 for a Malibu and coke and rose wine. Would think twice about returning."
