"Lovely place, weather did not cooperate so we couldn't take advantage of outside gardens and decorative areas. Inside spas, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were well kept and clean. There staff there were accommodating as they could possibly be- there was a wedding going on that same day. Eventhough your free to roam the facility, it was little awkward waking threw the wedding party. Im sure if we had picked a night were there was no event booked, we would have had a much better experience."

"The place was dirty and outdated. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. The room I was checked into was in a literal construction zone! I was told be the front desk staff that only one door was accessible due to said construction, which was a complete lie… I paid for the hotel in advance and provided my identification during check in but I was treated as if I had someone else’s credit card and was demanded to show it or I could not check in! The hotel says free...

"The beds were great. The tub had not been cleaned (so we opted to shower when we got home). The people next door had a dog or two (hard to tell) that barked and whined often. We did not get much sleep. Someone in a different room pounded on the walls (meaning "shut your dogs up.") If it was a longer stay we would have requested a different room. When checking out no one was at the desk. There was a sign "be right back" so we left the key in the key box and chose not to wait. We will not...
