"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Avoid at all cost. I booked but hotel was closed. I didn't get a refund. I tried to call their telephone but no one picked up. So stay away from this place. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why Hotel.com still has this available on their site. I couldn't even speak to a Hotel.com customer service.
