The bed to the right of the entrance needs a new boxspring. We didn’t realize there was an issue until 11pm when we went to bed. Definitely needs to be looked in. Hot water was sparingly but overall great visit

Communication was outstanding. Overall cabin was clean and cozy. But cabin was old and needed updating. Lamp sockets exposed in bathroom (no bulbs) and bedroom lamp broken (bulb just hanging by the wire). Please update it is unsafe. Thank you for your understanding, it is great appreciated.

All was great but a closed up odor that greeted us when w opened the door. We left the door open for awhile and turned off AC. Not sure what the source of odor was but we managed. The place was clean and that is a big deal. We were satisfied and would visit again. Maybe some air fresh spray could fix this odor problem.

The bathroom was terrible. Wires exposed behind the shower stall. The shower stall is so narrow that you can’t turn around. Smell of mold. The outside looks nice, but deceiving, wire with extension cords for lighting. Not at all comfortable or relaxing. Do not recommend.

Bed was ok. Toilet moved when used and not connected to the floor. Shower ran constantly and flooded the floor and had to use towels to not slip on floor. No coffee pods for coffee pot, when requested, promised but never delivered. Rented three nights, left one day early with no refund.

It was so quiet and homelike and very quaint. Bathrooms were kind of small, but they worked and that's what counts. Mycareg it was broken, but I reported it to maintenance on my way out. I would definitely rent a cottage again -, i woul definitely recommend thus property.

The only positive aspect of my stay was that the bed and towels were clean. Unfortunately, the cottage itself was far from acceptable. The bathroom was in worse condition than a truck stop. I’m thankful we only stayed one night. It was also misleading that there was no on-site staff; we were the only guests among ten cottages, yet the sign indicated no vacancy. I’m surprised that Hotel.com would list this property. Overall, a horrible experience

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE STAYING THERE

This was, by far, the worst place my wife and I have ever stayed at. The cabin is super small. Every window and door was drafty so the cabin was never as warm as you'd like it to be in the winter. There was a tree hitting against the cabin due to high winds that would make it feel like the cabin was going to cave in. The bathroom was unfinished. You could see the plumbing for the shower like they didn't even attempt to hide it. The best part was the shower didn't have cold water hooked up to it. So your shower was either super burning hot or super burning hot. The floors were always freezing. No indoor place to put your snowy shoes so the floor is always covered in salt or water. My wife and I had to go buy crocs specifically so we didn't have to step barefoot on the floor. The most shocking part of this whole experience was that they're legally allowed to have humans stay there. How these people are still in business is beyond me. I'd rather sleep in my truck next time.

Location is great, right in the heart of North Conway. Cabin super easy to get to and to access, parking right in front. The important things were clean (sheets, bed, towels), but the cabin is poorly kept: old water marks on the ceiling (one was still fresh with something growing on it), some rust on metal holders in the bathroom, no curtains in the bathroom so I was exposed to people walking outside, the wall behind the bed seemed to be decaying, the shower had dark marks on the edges on the bottom (mold? - I didn't want to know), no shower head just the pipe sticking out, some silicone joints were ripped and I found an old plastic bottle of water on top of the shower frame. At least the shower gave plenty of hot water. Three strange things: there was no trash bin anywhere, not even in the bathroom. I had to leave trash on the counter. Also, when I walked in, the tv was on and the volume blasting away. Lastly, the next morning I noticed someone had marked circles with black spray paint around the spot where the back wheel of my motorcycle was sitting. Why? I am not sure I can recommend this place. Was pleasantly surprised by the huge tub in the room. Room was very cozy. Bed was comfortable. The propane stove was very cozy and warm. Would definitely stay again. My biggest thing is I like it dark in my room. And it was hard to shut the shades to get it dark. But that’s just a me issue.

Awful communication with property manager. Never received check-in instructions and upon arrival, there was no employees to let us inside our accommodation. We called several times over the course of the day and could not get a hold of anybody. We had to call Expedia and their relocation team was finally able to get a hold of the manager to finally provide our check-in instructions. The shower was either burning hot or ice cold, no in between. I do not recommend staying at this establishment.
