"Staff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient."
"We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good.
1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

"This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure."
"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."
