The workers were nice. But check in was 3 and we got there at about 3:50 and room wasn't done and we ended up sitting and waiting for well over 30 minutes for our room after being told about 15 minutes. Now if they were short staffed, just tell us. I work in healthcare I know what it is like and I would have understood totally. The side door to get into hotel on the by our room didn't have a lock on it, so anyone could have walked in and we had no body wash and the tub dripped the entire stay. Breakfast was good

We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! My mistake but staff was professional.

This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time.

Excellent stay! Any problems we encountered were managed quickly and proficiently! Everyone was friendly and nice. Our only complaint was the pool was down and so was the one at a nearby hotel we were told we could use! Pool problem was reported to be posted but I didn’t see it or would’ve booked elsewhere. But turned out not to be a big deal anyway!

Our room was quiet and private. We were there in the middle of the week and the hotel was not full. Room was nice and the breakfast was good. We were going to use the pool but it was not as heated as we were led to believe. I don't understand why there was a parking fee for a parking lot that was specifically for this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Angie at the front desk was AMAZING! She’s new to her role as manager and let me tell you she nailed it! We arrived the day AFTER the Hall of Fame weekend. You’d think everything would be beat up and not clean. Quite the opposite! Room was clean and ready. Great stay for any family. A few things that need to be worked on as it is a touch older hotel, but bottom line I’d highly recommend this location to anyone!
