"We loved everything! When we arrived it was peak check-in time but the front desk staff were plentiful and checked everyone in quickly, which was impressive! Super friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel (bar, restaurant, housekeeping and as mentioned front desk staff). The room (jr suite) was decorated tastefully and the sound system was a nice surprise old school tube and horn system!"

"Modern hotel in Kitahama right off exit 3 of the Sakaisuji Line which has links all over Osaka, to Kyoto and Shin Osaka, and only a 45 minute train ride from Kansai International. The hotel is really well kept and clean, all the amenities you need to make a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar has a good selection of drinks and you receive a token for a free drink on arrival. There is plenty of food and drink places in the local area in particular Bar Nord directly opposite the hotel."
