Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

So relieved that when we got here we felt much safer! Everything was clean and the staff were very kind. Laundry machines were a huge help. So glad we came here!"
