Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. ...

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
No Breakfast on site. Staff was Ok. Hot tub was not working the first night we were there. Health club / exercise room is in terrible shape. Most equipment is broken. No in room coffee. Coffee is in main lobby. So if you want a morning coffee you have to go to lobby and join the construction workers ...
