"Finally we could not check in this hotel as very complicated that system. We were wearing about two hours at the business center reception. They demanded our personal information by Line before check in and then we submitted but they don't reply nothing after done it. Finally we could not stay this accomodations. This was the worst that I have experienced with Expedia."
