"Our room was very hot, unable to open the windows. Fan in the wardrobe but only circulated warm air. The hotel had staffing issues so the pool was closed, very dissapointed as we booked this one to use the pool. "Close to the station. Lovely staff, who appeared to be constantly problem solving a failing property. Things were broken, there was no air conditioning. Staff were as helpful as could be. Better value for money could have been got by walking a little further from the station"
