The outside wasn't bad it's right next to the Middletown motel which is bad but it's the inside the outlet plugs My phone charger kept falling right out the wall there was a tissue stuck to the back of the door as soon as we got in the room The tub had dirt in it and next to the headboard of one of the beds It looked like someone pooped on the wall or something brown bed was comfortable though

Everyone was polite, the rooms shower almost didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work, I had to open tank cover to repair for each flush. The keycard worked occasionally on outside doors. Overall we had a nice time.

Knock it down.

Good location, right off the highway. Supermarket, and restaurants within walking distance. There was no free breakfast as advertised. A.M. front desk lady was always on her phone. Rooms are supposed to be smoke free but you can smell the smoke as you past the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again.

Terrible. Dirty rooms. Nothing worked. Dogs allowed. We were changed from one room to the other based on how disgusting our room was & then in the new room (which wasn’t that much better) the TV didn’t work. Gross. Everything terrible. Staff was helpful & decent. And it is a good location. I would STILL avoid!!!

The woman that checked me in was great, super friendly. Unfortunately the room was disgustingly dirty. There was sticky goo on the rug, the bathroom ceiling had water leak stains, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the carpet was filthy and damp. I showered (shower was great, hot water) and by the time I reached the bed my feet were dirty from the carpet.

Hotel was OK. It looked a little worn and the room needed some upgrades. It was fairly clean just looked very dated. Location was good if you’re going to Bethel Woods.

My stay was for 1 night. Room had a dirty smell felt damp but cold with air conditioning on. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed ceiling tiles in bathroom cracked and stained. Nightstand had something sticky on it. Air conditioning unit had bread shoved in the vents. I considered sleeping in the car over in the bed in fear of bed bugs. But did manage to fall asleep and left very eary. Breakfast was a bagged pillsbury dough bagel with cream cheese inside and a 4 oz fruit punch cup…. Felt like a school breakfast they would feed to elementary children. 1 plus the coffee was hot and tasted good. Highly recommend to not stay there! Spend a little more for cleanliness!

Expedia said it was accessible but it isn't. The doorways and room were tight for a wheelchair. They gave us a room on the first floor. When i opened the door I was immediately hit with a fishy smell. Gave us another room on the first floor. The rug had stains and looked dirty and the shower head had a lot of calcium buildup so we didn't shower, thankfully we stayed only 1 night. The furniture was all clean but the room needed updating. The beds were spotless, smelled and felt clean, and so extremely comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. We didn't wake up early enough to have breakfast because it ends at 9am. It is pet friendly, which is great. I felt safe in the building. A key is needed for all doors except main entrance. All non smoking rooms and plenty of spots to smoke. Food is extremely accessible and shopping was very close by.

The place was overall pretty good. Our room was pretty much clean and everything was put together. One thing is that they advertise that they have a breakfast in the morning but they don’t so don’t expect anything when you wake up. There are some good diners in the area to make up for this at least.
