Such a nice, quaint and quiet place. Cozy and the staff were so great. Not that far from Grand Central and Bryant park that the subway was doable and off streets of where the main tourist crowds are

Fabulous and welcoming staff, shout out to the ladies on reception who were SO friendly 😊 Great location Amenities are fantastic, water filter, laundry and microwave Room was clean and spacious Definitely staying here again and would recommend to anyone staying in NYC

Sehr liebe Mädels am Empfang. Das Zimmer war für NY recht großzügig. Betten sehr bequem. Im Bad fehlen Ablagen, sonst super. Reinigung könnte besser sein. Der Teppich war leider immer krümlig und blieb so. Insgesamt super Hotel mit top Lage! Alles ist einfach zu erreichen. Bus oder subway fast vor der Tür. Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen.

We recently had our second stay at The William Hotel Midtown, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This time I traveled with my family, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was consistently kind, professional, and attentive—especially Lily, Kiki, and Claudia. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, even during the heavy snowstorm. Their warmth, care, and willingness to help made all the difference for us. A very special thank you to them! Our room was magnificent—especially spacious by New York standards—and very well equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping was always timely and thorough. We are grateful for another memorable experience and look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
