The property was under construction in the lobby. The worst part was that there was NO hot water for two days in the shower. For the price of the room, there should have been hot water. The staff did not bother to let us know that there was not going to be hot water. Very disappointed in this establishment.

We're glad to stay here in this hotel. The room is very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and clean. There are alot of dining options around the area and its within the Koreatown which is a plus for me.
