The hotel was we'll located, clean and the breakfast buffet provided as decent variety of good quality food. We had a family room on the 10th floor, the room was well equipped with fridge, toaster, hob and the beds were very comfortable. The location on E48th keeps you away from the noise of the central areas while only being a short walk to 52nd street and Grand Central metro and LIRR.

Claudia, the wonderful receptionist, made us feel welcome right from the start, even though we only stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel itself is on a side street so there isn’t too much traffic noise usually associated with staying in NYC.
