"Nice 2 night stay. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast good with gluten free options. Good location close to bus stop for regular bus service into town."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "
