"Regardless if the hotel was 5 Star or 1 Star, the staff were absolutely exceptional! They went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable and when leaving, I left my iPad in the room. "Great location. Guest services were excellent and quick and responsive. Upon arrival to our room it was a bit loud due to an event in the park across the street. They quickly changed and placed us in a quieter room. Overall great experience and worth the stay. Only thing I would say could be a negative, would be the decor of the room. Felt more of staying in a college dorm.

"Wow talk about Filipino hospitality and this Westin shows it. Very friendly staff, all smiles. Convenient and walkable location to upscale shopping to shangri-la and the huge SM Megamall. All walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
The Hotel itself has a selection of restaurants from common breakfast or a fancy rooftop dinner. I will honestly stay again."
"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
