The area is surrounded by stores markets restaurants easy access to transportation taxes cabs the minus bad things were cockroaches in the room the toilet was not easy to flush and getting new towels would cost test money the cable and internet was not working had to fix myself the room was nice clean and well furnished with all necessities kitchen was full of utensils cattle stove

I had a problem with the air conditioner in my unit no longer working (the on/off switch literally fell out of the front panel). I notified the front desk who said a maintenance person would come. However, they never did, despite me following up several times. I was sweating in my room. Poor customer service - disappointing!
