"Came to Rome with the expectation of staying in a nice apartment 15-25 minutes walking distance to most popular attractions and air conditioned room to beat the heat, left at 3:30 AM the last day to sleep at the airport. "Overall the staff were great. But 3 days into our stay something weird happened. We did not have our room cleaned for 3 days ( no fault of the staff… slept in everyday). A pile of dirty towels accumulated on the bathroom floor.
