"Lots of walking distance shops nearby. Very nice pool and bar areas with very accommodating staff.The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing almost like it’s being slammed, can be jarring when your in your room and your neighbors don’t close the door gently. I was able to get my room changed but the walls are very thin you can hear conversations next door as well as music playing, a machine humming noise coming from the vent system as well . I cut my trip short because of being uncomfortable in the room when trying to relax . I am still trying to see if I could get reimbursed for the days unused with no success so far. "

"During our 8-day stay, the room had a strong moldy smell, as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. While the odor did lessen over time, it remained unpleasant throughout the entire stay. Additionally, the pool area is quite small relative to the number of guests. It was often difficult to find available lounge chairs, and the area tended to be crowded and noisy. The elevator is also small and often crowded, which added to the inconvenience. The staff was not particularly helpful during our stay. I also had a haircut at the hotel salon, and the result was very disappointing. Given these issues, I am unsure how this property qualifies as a five-star hotel. "

"Sketchy area, yelling at 3-4 am both nights. I don’t recommend at all. I had booked for 3 nights and left after 2. They control the A/C"

"Room was a good size. More basic but clean. Breakfast was limited, but eggs, pancakes and fruit. Nice roof top pool. The area around was not great, but short walk to water and old town. Very slow elevator."
