Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Only knock was too many sports teams booked the same place and kids were partying all night. Which resulted in no sleep. So I doubt I ever stay here again.

I stayed here Friday night while visiting Tennessee for a medical procedure. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and worth what I paid. I really appreciated being allowed to check in early at no extra charge. There was also a nice area to sit, have a drink, and grab a bite to eat, which was convenient during my short stay. There were some disappointments, though. I was surprised to learn there was no airport shuttle, so I had to use Uber/Lyft. I also expected the staff to have more recommendations for local restaurants, historical sites, and things to do. Most didn’t seem to know much about the area. Thankfully, one gentleman went out of his way to print information about nearby attractions for me, and I really appreciated his help. Another frustration was being double-billed on my credit card on two separate occasions. I had to call about the charges, and it was difficult to reach someone who could explain what was happening. The elevator was located all the way at the back of the hotel, and my room temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, although the heat wave may have contributed. Overall, I had a decent stay for the price. The hotel was clean and quiet, and there were definitely some helpful staff members. With better communication, billing practices, transportation information, and knowledge of local attractions and restaurants, I think the guest experience could be much better.
