Brand new building (about a year old). Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area. There were a couple of restaurants in the area by the hotel but no convenience stores or grocery stores, which was really odd. The gulch seems like a new area, lots of apartment buildings.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooftop bar / Mexican restaurant "Coa" was amazing and my wife had the greatest frozen margarita I've ever seen. The Gulch neighborhood has a lot of upscale food and drink to be had. Ive already recommended it to several friends looking to travel to Nashville in the coming months.
