We’re visiting Nashville and surrounding locations. Property served its purpose. No issues with cleanliness, staff and parking. Housekeeping was okay as we had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options and food was warm.

Check in was smooth. The hallway and near my room it smelled heavily like cooked or rotten ground beef non stop. Faded somewhat by the next day. The biggest issue and negative for me was no elevators + steps are only on both ends of the building so being second floor and mid way of a LONG hall it was a lot of extra effort from the car to the room multiple times to unpack and load both days. Also, WiFi wouldn't work, compared to 16 other hotels ive stayed at recently, it's the only one that said "connect admin" when i'd try to connect to their WiFi with their passcode provided.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and as a person with a bad back, this is very important to me. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and the facility is adapted well to serve a Buffet there. The facilities were maybe a little older but very well maintained and clean.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Back door to the hotel was convenient! Breakfast was decent. Pool was nice but could use some shade. Parking lot needs some work. Located in a very convenient area - shopping, gas, liquor, restaurants... close enough and convenient!! Would absolutely recommend =)

Right off 24 .. clean safe location beds comfortable rooms big newly remodeled.. only quirk they have no elevator so second floor you use stairs
