We stayed for 2 nights and we were pleased with the variety of food for breakfast, the early check-in given and the easy check out. We were given a connecting room so it was really a very comfortable stay. No hassle.

The rooms are clean spacious, modern and chic and right next to the river. We had fabulous view of the river and poolside. We ordered breakfast in our room which was lovely (and they have an good selection too). The WiFi is excellent and all toiletries are provided. We had an evening meal and drinks at bar overlooking the river which was just perfect for unwinding. The hotel service was impeccable throughout: friendly, professional and efficient. We arrived a few hours early and checked in...

Very attractive, clean hotel with excellent restaurant, gym and pool, Wi-Fi, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated five minute drive from airport in a lively district on the outskirts of Chang Mai with local shops, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Being so close to the airport, expect some periodic aircraft noise as the hotel is right on line with the runway. Chang Mai is a taxi ride away, but the cost is quite low, around 150-200 Baht. The hotel is in two...

Great

This property is gorgeous as the pics and staff are wonderful.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location for exploring, with some local shops worth visiting.

The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride. Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍.

I’ve been to Thailand a few times and the Empress Hotel has to the best hotel I’ve stayed in for service. When I arrived I received a voucher for a free drink and a welcome gift as well as being upgraded and in my room fresh fruit, the staff were just excellent very polite, friendly and helpful, good choice of food at breakfast time, the pool area was good as was my room(1501) If I do come back to Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay at the Empress Hotel

The best hotel I’ve stayed in for this price! All of the staff were friendly, respectful and attentive. They always go the extra mile, even when we didn’t ask for help they’ve thought of what we might need for our day excursion and offered us bottled water, insect repellent and face masks. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, making breakfast experience such a treat. The hotel itself is new and beautifully designed with all the modern amenities. The room was perfect with a gorgeous...

We had 3 generations of our family enjoy a short stay in Chiangmail. This was a beautiful oasis. Serene, pretty, small and private. We will be back.

This is a really amazing hotel in a good quiet location yet only 15 minute to night market and old town. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the place is immaculate. If you go to Chiang Mai stay there!!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Off a quiet side road that leads onto a the main high street. A short taxi ride to the old town. Room was nice, clean and large. Mattress was firm which wasn't great for my back. Lovely view over the pool.

The cleaning was superb. Staff were amazing and couldn't have been better with us. Even with a few issues they were resolved with no extra charge and with kindness. Defitnetly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Good location for Muslim, clean, nice staff and good breakfast

Fantastic.

A very nice and clean hotel. My only slight criticisms were apart from check in I didn’t see a member of staff and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.
