Fabulous , Absolute gem of a hotel

Stayed with my family in a top floor room. The owners/hosts are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I felt they genuinely cared about our stay, the room was spotlessly clean , comfy and modern. Would stay again in a heart beat. Keep up the great work. A+++++

The amenities, as well as the high-level of cleanliness at the Clubhouse was very comforting but what truly made our stay special was Simon and his family, who own and run this establishment. We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late. They know every part of the town and go out of their way to make their guests feel extra special, and it did not go unnoticed. I witnessed them in the mornings, making their way around to each table to make sure that the guests were well taken care of and have a friendly chat. We are eager to return and stay there the next time we visit Scotland again from the United States.

This was a last minute booking. I had no idea what I had booked. We were at dinner and Simon messaged us asking what time we were arriving, this was when I realized it was a guesthouse. He was very pleasant and kind. Normally check-in is before 9 pm and we didn't get there until 10:30. We were thankful for his graciousness. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. It was lovely and a great way to start our day. The colour scheme was fun and bright and again Simon was on top of everything. We arrived left and left early. If we were back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom and bathroom were excellent size and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the host very attentive to guests. The location was ideal to local beaches and Inverness and had a great town with excellent restaurants and shops.
