The hotel was very rundown and the lobby was dirty. The parking look looked like it had not been maintained. Check-in was good. Our room was nothing impressive. Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored.
