"Excelente local para pernoitar, com conforto, bom serviço e acessibilidade. Das 3 noites, em 2 houve muito barulho durante a noite a ponto de perturbar o descanso. Mas assim como não escolhemos os vizinhos, um hotel também não pode escolher os clientes. É incompreensível que haja pessoas que às 3:00h da madrugada se comportem como se fosse 3:00h da tarde. Nota negativa para alguns clientes do hotel."
"Breakfast was excellent with many varieties to choose from.
The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space.
This was an excellent choice for our 3 night visit.
I would highly recommend this hotel!! "

"Ein super schönes Hotel mit durchgängig sehr freundlichem Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es für das Personal, das hier arbeitet, mehr als nur ein job ist. Vielen Dank an alle:) Tolle und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Egal was - es wird einem immer geholfen. Total schön war unter anderm der Obstteller auf dem Zimmer nebst Keksen und der Willkommensportwein. Ich durfte sogar schon früh am Vormittag aufs Zimmer.
Das Hotel liegt nicht im trubeligen Zentrum, und es ist daher...

"This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Porto. Will be back for sure "
"The hotel made a fantastic family base, lots of inside and outside space, well equipped kitchen, the breakfast was fab and the staff were very helpful and polite. Easily accessible by the metro straight into Sao Bento. The room is finished to a high standard, lots of great facilities and amenities and very well thought out."
"The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just some minor issues I can overlook like the doors to the balcony seem to be unbolted or unscrewed at the top and are about to fall over and the only way to secure it is by locking the doors. Also, if the curtains in the bedroom can provide more privacy. It's too see through for my liking. Everything else was excellent. "
