"I always choose to stay here. Near Palermo for nightlife and restaurants, but nice and quiet. The area, Villa Crespo, I find safe and it is changing rapidly. Lots of new bars and restaurants. Casa San Jose is a beautiful historic building and the rooms are fitted out beautifully. The rooms are secure, and the kitchenettes perfect to make breakfast. I find it a very calming place to stay."

"Incrível, superou minhas expectativas, a recepcionista me ajudou muito, pois eu não encontrava minha reserva. O café da manhã foi excelente, o quarto é grande, tudo limpo, chuveiro com box, sem banheira, o que eu gosto muito, porque não gosto de tomar banho em banheiras. Ótima localização, os pontos turísticos da área central como Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada... podem ser feitos a pé. O custo benefício é perfeito, pois ofereceu muito mais que esperávamos. "

"If you are looking to be in Palermo Soho amongst the great restaurants and shops, you can’t do better than 1828 Smart Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast delicious and the beds super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in town."
"Small studio but all things that you need! I highly recommend unit 8C because it includes a dining table with 4 chairs and even a washing machine. Bathroom and bed were super clean so that makes me very happy."
