Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. "The location of this place is great! Within walking distance to many cafés and restaurants, including a town Square. However, the apartment was not super clean and there were stains on a lot of the white furniture and bedding, unfortunately. There was also the bare minimum in terms of amenities, including only one roll of toilet paper and no dish towels. The host often took a full day or longer to reply."

"Property was very affordable. Have stayed here quite a few times over the years. Rooms are very clean and adequate. La Dorita Parilla is across the street and a good coffee and ice cream place called Alchemy is close by. Check in is virtual which is super easy. You receive a door code for the front door and your room. All the essentials are there in the small kitchen area if you want to cook or reheat something. Bed is comfortable and large. Only two complaints I have the bathroom sink the bowl...

"It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. There were also parties in the afternoon and evening in the complex,...

"We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

"We stayed at Be Hollywood for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in approximately two hours before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels.
