"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

"Excelente atencion por parte de Giangi quien nos recibio y ayudo con las maletas, pues hay muchas escaleras y no hay ascensor. No es un lugar para discapacitados y ademas es dificil localizarlo desde la calle. Desayuno es limitado en cafe afuera del edificio"

"The property is close to the National Archeological Museum, an Italian jewel; however, the neighborhood is rundown - unlike Domus itself, which is kept very clean with an upbeat white glow throughout. Breakfast is in a small room served by the wife or the owner, both very amiable. "

"We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!"

"Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

"I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that Expedia had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did...

It had all I usually miss in other hotels: plenty and good lighting in the bathroom (frontal and not from the top), enough hooks for all the towels and wardrobe, power sockets for phone chargers (incl. integrated USB and USB-C sockets by the night stands). Agnese was super lovely, took the time to explain everything and give us some tips for the city. "Our room had everything what we just needed it was nice and clean close to the station bus station so easy to connect to the airport. The owner provided delicious breakfast and he was very helpful when we need it. I can just recommend."
