Wir waren leider beide in verschiedenen Gebäuden untergebracht und ich, im Zimmer 1 hätte ohne Corinne im Zimmer 7 keinen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsraum und somit auch nicht zu Kaffee oder Kühlschrank gehabt . The hotel is in a quaint hilltop village with private access to a castle and a winery a short hike away. The onsite restaurant is superb, with excellent food and staff. "Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300
Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group

"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Internationale du Lac. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat for walking along the lake and general atmosphere. We enjoyed the “honesty bar” and outdoor space, including ping pong. The breakfast was delicious, with the best muesli of our trip and excellent croissants. A truly great historic hotel."
