"Great hotel right by The Louvre. Super friendly staff. Great daily housekeeping. The only thing is the breakfast was very “american”. Small selection, eggs and bacon. Which was disappointing because we love French food and we were looking forward to it. I actually skipped the prepaid breakfast for 2 days and went out to get something else. Dont buy their breakfast package. Not for the price they ask. But everything else was superb."

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"Our flight from US arrived in Paris early morning around 8am. Check in time is 3pm. I was almost certain, I will have to keep my luggage at the hotel and come back at check in time. I was pleasantly surprised when they had the room available at 8am and not just that but also offered us a breakfast on the check in day which was highly unusual. Great service. There was a small leak in the bathroom. Leak is not the point here. It was minor, it was reported and they fixed it immediately. I wasn't expecting anything in return and was simply happy that it was fixed but they left a bottle of champagne in the room for us with an apology note. Again, another example of a great service. They offer snacks in the hotel lobby all day long. Totally unusual. No other hotel does that. Not just that, while roaming around Paris, if you come across another Astotel, you are even allowed to enjoy coffee, snack over there and can relax and charge your phones if needed. Overall, highly impressed with the quality and great customer service that they provide. Highly recommended. I would love to stay there once again sometime in the future."

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."

"The 2 twin beds and the sleeper sofa had really firm beds. No pillow top. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The location is right in the heart of lots of Asian food places. We did not have breakfast. The room key stays with hotel and then you pick it up upon your return. The front desk gives you a key and you have to go downstairs in the tiny lift to drop off bags for storage if the room is not ready. Which means you have access to other people’s bags. Scary thought. I would stay here again and just not store my bags."
