"Staff were fabulous. Friendly. Helpful. Good natured. Check in was easy and quick. First floor amenities were great. Many cozy spots. A co-working space. Bar with good coffee (and beer). Location was perfect for my early morning train journey from Gare de Lyon. And walkable. The room was spotless and well organized. Only small nit was the pillows. Too thick and too firm. But the place is still a 10 for me. "

"Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."

"Very clean room and bathroom, peacefully quiet hotel in a convenient location and good wifi. Be aware one wing has no elevators and the spiral stairs are narrow. They offer a breakfast spread for a price - currently €15. Very close to Pyrénées metro station and not far from Belleville metro station. Easy to find. Very interesting neighborhood with lots of cafes and world cuisine. Carrefour city grocery store and McDonalds just around the corner a few minutes away. No microwave or fridge in room, for those who might need that. Some people may find the rooms small if they are used to American hotel rooms, for example. But Parisian hotel rooms often tend to be smaller. Had a perfectly good stay - nice hotel and safe but interesting neighborhood. Would avoid Belleville station late at night. Not unsafe, just a bit unsavory crowd around there sometimes. But across the area, cafes and pubs are filled with young people late into the night. The convenience stores also stay open late and have most things travelers might need. "
