"Told on arrival no food as they said working on kitchen, dining room not open or any room service. Hotel isn't that close to other places either. Not even snacks or sandwiches or hot drinks other than those in the room. They could have provided a temporary provision. Instead told get a takeaway delivered and even delivery drivers took a long time given location. This hotel should not be trading as a 3 star hotel without any catering or any food. Room was cold also as heating on a timer so had to...

The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. "
