"This was not a bad stay. The hotel has been designed well and it has great potential. The bed was comfy and the upgraded room with a balcony gave great views over the city. However, it’s clear that it is not ready to receive customers as only half of the hotel is actually built. "Reasonable room. You reach it by stairs without an elevator. Not exactly a hotel.. There is no breakfast. You can order it specially but only from 8.30 am. The price of the room on expedia is much higher than the price of the exact same room on the Booking website. There was no one to contact on Expedia and it seems that they don't care about customer service either. The location is reasonable and there was air conditioning. The staff were nice overall, but in the end there is no hotel service....

"I had a wonderful stay at River Side Tbilisi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again! "

"Really great hotel! Rooms are spacious! Gym! Sauna! And a pool! Heated floors. Located in a nice area right off the side corner of a main street with tons and tons of dining options and local transportation. This main road was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and it was a delight seeing the Christmas decorations every evening. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. Occasionally, there was some noise due to the hardwood floors. And one suggestion, the treadmill in the fitness room seems to be a bit outdated. Perhaps that could be something that is replaced soon. I also want to give a special things to Elene who at check-in was exceedingly warm and helpful. "
