"We were very pleased with our stay and we will certainly be booking here again. From the moment we walked in to check out the customer service was wonderful. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. I loved that they offered hot breakfast along with a mini waffle station, cereal/oatmeal bar as well as yogurts, tea and coffee. The hot breakfast options changed daily and I really liked that. The grounds were also very tidy and up kept. 10/10. Keep up the great work. "

"Great shrimp tacos and chicken tenders, family enjoyed their quesadillas too. Stayed in Americana building 6 with Volcano Bay view, beautiful and clean. Facilities gates were hard to open with hotel key, family could not get several gates open throughout stay which was frustrating. Others also having issues. Walking path to city walk convenient. Housekeeping came every other day to just make beds and give more towels and coffee. Didn’t get more wash cloths second time they came. Poolside great, lots of towels too out there and chairs. "
