"This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Check-in was seamless, the staff was exceptional, and the location is close to everything Nashville has to offer. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. We will absolutely stay here again and can't imagine choosing anywhere else when we visit Nashville. We are also incredibly grateful for the room upgrade. It made an already wonderful stay even more special. ❤️"

"We checked in with the pleasant front desk staff and were told about the daily happy hour at their hotel bar. We didn't waste any time and headed over to see what they had to offer. They had a sign reading $5.00 bottled and canned beer. My wife and I each ordered two beers and when we received our bill, we were charged full price. We questioned the bar tender and his exact words were "oh....that's an old sign". He proceeded to try to scratch out the $ amount with his nails. We told him "certainly you need to honor the price that is 2 feet in front of us". He dismissively said, "no, I don't". We paid the bill and left zero tip. The room and hotel was well maintained and clean however....we never once received maid service to the room. Per the hotels guidelines, maid service is done on the third day of your trip. With that said, we didn't receive anything. The breakfast was fine but it was the same exact thing everyday with the exception of the potatoes changed from hash browns to home fries. The hotel was fine but we may try something different on our next stay."

"The room was disgusting! There was mold in the bathroom and black bugs flying all around the bathroom and bedroom. I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean up."

"The attached parking garage was a real asset, not just convenient, but a model that ALL inner city hotel locations ought to emulate. Also, the breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of selections and displayed / organized in an efficient manner that allowed everyone to serve up their own breakfast entre without crowding. There were two things I found to be out of sync with the hotel's brand. The bathroom towels were substandard. They were small, especially the bath size towel, and rather thin. The bars of soap were also laughable. These two elements seemed "cheap" and not up to the quality of every other amenity. We had a wonderful time in Nashville. I have already recommended this property to many friends."
