"The staff was WONDERFUL and super friendly. It started with our check-in lobby staff, who were super friendly and professional throughout our entire stay, and then continued to the breakfast staff. There was one lady in particular who we saw on Friday and Sunday morning serving breakfast, and she was absolutely a wonderful, happy, and accommodating GEM of an employee. The location and upkeep of the hotel were great, but the staff was exceptional! Thank you!"

"I needed a place close the BNA and this fit the bill. One thing to note is being so close to the airport means you're on the flight path and you'll hear air traffic. I travel with a noise machine so it wasn't a big deal for me. Also some folks in the lobby were surprised that parking cost extra - yes, it's listed on the website. Well worth the cost."
