"Fantastic hotel, short walk to the 'balcony' and many many restaurants. Playa de Burriana is walkable but bear in mind it's a steep walk back up. If you do visit this beach I would highly recommend Playa Sol Lounge. The food is absolutely fantastic. The Caesar salad is huge for €15, everything we had was delicious and very generous helpings. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely, fresh and clean. Will definitely be returning 🤗"

"Great location near the beach and many restaurants. The hotel is clean and well appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. The shower is hot - in fact everything you would expect from a hotel of this standard."

"This is the second time we have stayed at La Puerta de Nerja Hostel Boutique. The location is ideal as it is very close to bars and restaurants. Burriana Beach is a 15 minute picturesque walk away. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff on the rooftop terrace, where we went at the end of an evening. A big thank you to the mature gentleman, his grandson and the waitress who were very attentive.. we loved the cake!! We would definitely recommend this hostel and will plan to return again.."

"Excellent customer service by the receptionists (Sarah and Desiree) as well as the ladies from the cafeteria. Lovely and elegant hotel a few steps from the beach and all the Herradura venues. Highly recommended!"
Elba Motril Beach & Business Resort

"I stayed at Hotel Elba in Motril for a weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spotless and had a lovely balcony with views of the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a good variety of foods and drinks, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The hotel also has both indoor and outdoor pools, though I didn’t get the chance to use them, so I can’t comment on those facilities. Parking cost €7 per day, which I found reasonable for the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the sound insulation is a bit of an issue as you can hear people speaking in the next room but I would definitely choose Hotel Elba again for a future visit to Motril."

"Excellent stay overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and well equipped, which made for a comfortable visit. The only downside for me was the breakfast selection—it would benefit from a wider choice, particularly cereals, yogurt options, and healthier additions like chia seeds. Aside from that, a great experience and I would happily stay again"
