"We’ve stayed a lot of places and tend to favor the smaller properties. This was by far our favorite. Everything matched the reviews and pictures. Tracy helped get a few things ironed out for us and was super quick to help with anything that came up. It’s our new favorite. The location is fantastic for that quiet getaway. Beach is only a few steps away and is so inviting. Reading outside on the balcony was one of my favorite perks. They have pet tortoises that will walk up to you. However, upon trying to rebook I’m finding that the prices have nearly tripled for some of the dates —so my review for the value will have to be revoked. This is a great property , but it doesn’t have the perks of the larger complexes that offer luxury add ons. So my advice to the new owners is— keep yourself humble and do what you do best. Keep it simple. Clean. And quiet. It’s sad because I was going to rebook for just after the New Year and was quoted double what I just paid this past week. Very very sad indeed. I guess it will only be a memory….."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Villas in New Smyrna Beach! Everything was great from start to finish. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and being right on the beach made our stay even better. We really enjoyed the beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach!"

"This place was an amazing surprise. Don't let the outside deceive you. It is clean and well kept. Beautiful pool area. The suite was beautiful. It has everything you need and decorated beautifully. You will be surprised. The owner was so helpful. Beach is across the street. Great location. I would recommend Oceans Eleven to anyone and I am picky. Please give it a try."

"It’s an older hotel, I’m sure soon to be renovated. Bathroom fixtures, sinks, shower/tub are dated but all very clean. Staff was super helpful and it’s of course right on the beach with 2 pools so the location is perfect. The VALUE is terrific."
