"The location of this property was very convenient for getting around wherever we needed to go because of the Musashi-Kosugi train station right there. The Grandtree Mall right across the street with many shopping and dining options was also great. And of course the 7-11 across the street was also perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Japan. "
"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly.

"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent.
The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family.
Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"
