New owners FAIL

We took the "Hibernating" sign off our door when we left at 10:50am. When we returned at 9:30 pm our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and were told that there was nothing they could do for us. The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls paper thin, and the trains were nonstop throughout each night sleep was impossible. I will never stay yhere again.

There are so many issues with this place that I don't even know where to start. Our room was not ready until about 5:30. We stayed on a Thursday night and they said that the room wasn't clean. The hotel was pretty empty, so they must not clean the rooms until late in the week. Gross!! We we went there three times to check in and finally at 5:30 the person at the front desk said she thought it was clean. It wasn't! There was still someone in there when we went to the room. The hot tub was "out of order". It was empty and so dirty that it reminded me of something from a scary movie. The pool area was so disgusting! There was some sort of hairy something or other on the floor by the pool. The corners of the pool room were full of bugs and spider webs. There were things floating in the pool. The shower curtain in our room had black "stuff" on the bottom. One of the towels in the bathroom had makeup on it, so obviously it had been used and then rolled up and set in there. Oh, and the elevator door kind of squealed when the door opened and closed. SCARY!!! Do not recommend this hotel at all. My daughter and I just decided to call it "the dump". It's definitely the worst hotel that I have ever used.

not a good hotel to stay at

got to the hotel an hour after check in and they gave us our key to the room. when we got to the room they were still cleaning the room. so we had to leave and wait for the room to be ready. when we got back the room was kind of clean, we got ready to go to the pool, got in the pool and noticed the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold and no towels to dry off with. then the next morning we found out there was no free breakfast. if we would of known all of this would not have stayed there.

The desk staff was friendly despite all the issues and being left alone to do all the jobs. Manager was not friendly and left to go home. No towels in our room (or the whole 1st floor. Towels not available until the evening because staff did not finish job before leaving shift. Hairdryer was broken. Fire alarm wrapped in plastic so it could not detect smoke if there was a fire. Shocked when flipped on the main light switch. Beds uncomfortable (sagged). No breakfast as advertised blamed it on covid 19 but other hotels have figured out how to do breakfast. Refrigerator in room was broken.

Not clean. Pool was gross, hot tub was drained. Basically asked front desk for everything the room should had been stocked with. Was also informed that hotel was being converted to treatment center which could be reasoning for up keep.

They were short staffed so we had to wait while they finshed cleaning the room. We had no towels in the room, there was no breakfast and bathroom smelled of urine and the floor was not clean. The was very friendly

The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was obviously stressed and did not communicate well. We arrived at 9PM, rang the bell on the counter, no one answered, saw a note say to dial a number, did that and the phone on the front desk rang which was right across from the phone we were using. After 5 minutes someone came, than another employee. They had been cleaning rooms and didn't know if any were ready for us. One left to check, came back after 10 minutes, did not say anything to us like i found a room for you, then after 5 more minutes called across the lobby for our credit card. No pleasantries including hello were ever used. The staff did talk to each other about how exhausted they were and how long they had been working.

It was fine. The hot tub was broken and there seem to be a lot of staff and families using the pool. Not hotel guests. There were three guys who were obvious workers from somewhere sleeping in the lounge chairs around the pool.

they were understaffed and the pool area was very unkempt, spa was empty with gung on bottom , paint was all peeled in spa, tables were not cleaned, it needed a remodel in pool area, initially our room had not been cleaned so they moved us to a clean room , this was at 4pm.

A sign in the elevator said the hot tub was not working. Repairmen were on site to repair at least two room air conditioners. This is somewhat understandable, as temperatures that weekend were over 100 degrees.

We have stayed here previously and, because of that experience, returned. Based on our latest experience, we will not return. Our fridge did not work (should be part of the "suite" cost), service was slow (long wait at the front desk and twice I called the front desk only to get no answer at all). I honestly believe that the people that were working were trying. I just don't think they had enough staff to get to do it all. The elevator smelled of b.o. and the vending area smelled of vomit. Children tearing up and down the halls past 10pm. Just disappointing all around.
