We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

My partner and I stayed at the heavenly Lupaia to start our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The incredible attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every part of our stay was outstanding, from the brilliant team (each and every one of them) to the setting, the stunning pool, wonderful food and atmosphere - we cannot wait to come back to this Tuscan paradise!

What a lovely hotel in the heart of Montepulciano! The staff (I assume the family) were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely! I only stayed for one night but I wish I stayed longer.

Very friendly and helpful hosts and a beautiful and comfortable place to stay with fantastic views from near the top of Montepulciano to the East and to the West over the surrounding countryside. Convenient wine bar owned by the same people next door where we enjoyed a light supper and some local wine. Good variety on offer for breakfast. VEry convenient parking just outside the front of the building.

Exceptional in every conceivable way. The personal service and attention to detail cannot be faulted - it was appreciated beyond measure. If heading to Montepulciano, look no further. Simply wonderful.

Amazing location, very accommodating, clean and good breakfast

This property is a gem!

Great location, amenities and the staff were very helpful - particularly great restaurant recommendations! We’ll be back!

Such an amazing and unique experience. Lovely property, exceeded our expectations and will definitely be one we recommend to all our friends and family!

Newly decorated and fitted out in modern attractive style. Lots of space in modern clean rooms. Perfect location near centre of village and near shops, cafes and restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Other than the fact that the bathroom was unbearably hot (no AC), we had a wonderful stay!

This was a lovely hotel in a wonderful town in Tuscany. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we loved our stay here. Monepulciano has lots of things to see and great restaurants. It's an impoartnt wine centre and the wine they make here is exceptional
