"Overall, this was a good hotel, especially for families. The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms because the A/C stopped working, but they handled the situation quickly and made the process easy. The only downside was that the rooms could use some updating. While everything was clean and functional, they looked a bit worn and could definitely benefit from a refresh. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time here."

"The Villas were perfect for my family of 8. We had the large and connected small villa on the second floor overlooking the East Pool. My only complaints are the A/C in the small villa was not cooling the space below 85 during the day. The large villa was very comfortable and was able to get down to 72. My second complaint is minor. Since we were right next to the pool the music for the area is turned on at 7 AM. So if you want to sleep in and are somewhat of a light sleeper, you will hear it and have to deal with it. My family did try to head to the main pool but it was too crowded. So we enjoyed the East Pool the whole weekend. Parking was decent on our end. The Villas had everything we needed to make and eat our meals. TVs and cable were enough to fill the down time. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a great stay but had to do 4 stars because of the AC. Oh and the staff is great! Don’t hesitate to speak to them if you need anything. We will be back for sure."
