"The hotel staff is wonderful! They were very kind and always eager to help. The hotel property is in serious need of updating. My first room was in desperate need of repair, the curtains were dirty on the bottom, the shower was moldy and the fridge was hot. I was then transferred to another room over 24 hours later. That room was better but still not clean, floor had footprints and there was still the mildew smell. The fridge was warm in that room also. "

"Our stay at Ocean Coral Springs was a nightmare. We arrived at 2:00 PM and waited 1.5 hours in line just to check in. Our room wasn't ready, and we didn't get inside until 5:00 PM. "Food and entertainment were great. I've stayed at 10 all inclusive resorts and been on over 20 cruises, primarily on Royal Caribbean, which is known for their entertainment and while Riu Ocho Rios' entertainment was not quite at the quality of Royal Caribbean Cruises, it is the only all inclusive resort that I can think of that clearly invest in their entertainment.
