"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"A pleasant, surprising experience. Staff was great, kind, and very accommodating. We generally stay in 5-star or luxury properties for comfort, but we only had one night in Milan. This was our third hotel in our Italian itinerary, and it was the first night we slept well. Bed and towels were comfortable, and most importantly - the air conditioning was working well. The complimentary snacks and drinks were very much appreciated, especially after long trips or days of traveling. Will definitely considering staying here again the next time we’re in Milan!"

"Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. And the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent; close to restaurants, shops, and has a bus and train stop just 2 minutes form the hotel. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan."

The only thing that people should be aware of is when you enter the hotel you have a number of steps to go down. There is a lift which you have to ask the reception for access."
