The property is great, staff are friendly and helpful, place is clean but they do not provide water every day although they have water dispenser at our floor, but water doesn’t taste the same. I’ll give a Star, if possible no Star for location as it is far from so many things, restaurants and public transpo. No airport shuttle nor shuttle to metro station. We had to walk really far to get around and used taxi to make it easier but got expensive but no choice, unless maybe I just don’t know how coz I’m a tourist.

The hotel is decent as some parts are renovated well enough, staff are doing their best in a war zone area of Milan where local council is letting this business down. Need to fix damp in some areas of hotel that can effect breathing

we expect they have kitchenware, microwave, and if possible stove in unit. Units are large enough to have electric stoves so guests can use it for dietary purpose. It is even a challenge to get ice. You need to bar to get ice and they will offer you ice in coffee cup. It appears hotel intent is to mint money from every basic need of customer most items are even for granted even in motel 6 in USA.

The property is not near any restaurants or shops and is surrounded by abandoned buildings. It’s 30- 40€ to downtown. And apparently a 5€ tip was insulting. Bartender was unaware of how to make a martini?
