The check-in was smooth. The room was clean and everything worked as it was described. The hotel can be a little hard to find the first time. Everyone working at the hotel was helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

They were incredibly attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. Location is good right at the center of stone town. The room we got was too humid as it had not a lot of widows , so it felt a bit claustrophobic although room itself was not small. The staff was great and the breakfast at the top was a plus. The rooms and amenities are outdated and need a bit of improvements and modernizing, including the bathroom.
